Every Child Matters (ECM) is a government programme which focuses on improving and maintaining the wellbeing of all children up to the age of 19. Its multi-agency approach aims to unite organisations and individuals including schools and colleges, social workers, health professionals and the police so that better support can be offered to young people. more |
