Enterprise Training works! For staff too.
In a great news story Doncaster College reports that more than 500 staff members have undertaken a qualification to make them more enterprising. Staff have taken the NCFE Award in Enterprising Capabilities which encourages staff to take on the role of Enterprising Tutors urging learners to develop a more innovative approach to their work.

Colleges, like businesses everywhere, are under pressure to be more innovative, enterprising and productive and that means working with staff to ensure that they have the capabilities to meet that need.
Working Knowledge have been delivering 'enterprise training for college success' since 2006. Initially delivering programmes for 16-19 year olds, that has grown to include adult students and staff as well. We now offer a full range of activities that are not only designed to give students an edge when it comes to the job market, but to help staff be more innovative and enterprising in their approach to teaching and learning, too.
Our latest developments include the addition of a number of additional qualifications that can be achieved using our award winning Ride the Wave programmes. These include:
Core and Wider Key Skills - City and Guilds / OCR / Edexcel
Award and Certificate for Developing Enterprise Capabilities- NCFE
Award and Certificate for Exploring Enterprise Capabilities - NCFE
Workskills Units for BTEC Award, Certificate or Diploma [selected units] - Edexcel
Award and Certificate in Starting a Business Venture OCR
